​THE STEVEN STANLEY BAND

With the upcoming release of their new (5th) album titled "Swingin' And Scrappin', The Steven Stanley Band continues to write and play soulful, powerful music which is based in blues, r&b, country, and jazz.

Having gigged in bars, taverns, and beer halls up and down the East Coast, The Steven Stanley Band is known for putting on an exciting live show. 

This is the bands second album with Grammy award winning drummer Tom Hambridge (who shares 3 Grammy's with Buddy Guy) 

Steven Stanley has worked with notables such as Danny Kalb of the Blues Project, J Geils Band, jazz pianist Laszlo Gardony, and has opened for Quicksilver Messenger Service, Nicky Hopkins of the Rolling Stones, Duke Robillard, and Scorpion Child. 

Steven Stanley has been on the cover of Metronome Magazine, Boston Blues Society, as well as the Boston Herald. Steven has also received much praise from Bruce Iglauer, President of Alligator Records. 

Steve has forged his own style and has been influenced by guitarists such as Albert King, Roy Buchanan, George Lynch, Albert Lee, Jeff Beck, and Les Paul.
